These are so delicious! They make the perfect salad topper, appetizer to serve at a dinner party, or to have a snack when the salty craving kicks in.
1 jar pitted kalamata olives, drained
1 tablespoon ground cumin
1 tablespoon ground coriander
Black pepper (optional)
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
Heat a medium sized pan over medium heat.
Mix together all ingredients in a bowl until fully coated. Add to hot pan and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until the olives are warm. They don’t need long, just enough time for the flavors of the spices to release and the olives to warm.
You can store them in the original jar and refrigerate if you are not using them all at once. Just reheat them again in a pan or microwave.
