Have you ever noticed that when you walk by people, especially strangers, we tend to put our head down and not make eye contact? Today is smile at everyone day! Super easy happiness challenge, but we tend to avoid it. For the entire day, everyone that you pass by, give them your best smile. By the end of the day you will feel so good, especially as people smile back at you.
