Sautéed Spinach with Garlic

Ingredients

2 pounds spinach, washed and stemmed

2 1/2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil

4 garlic cloves, chopped


Directions

Pre-heat a large skillet over medium-high heat with the oil. Add the garlic, stirring continuously for 1 minute. Add the spinach, in batches, turning it until it is wilted.
