Don’t get hangry! Instead, have this tasty healthy snack. Roasted Rosemary Almonds are great for a healthy snack or to add some delicious flavour and crunch to a salad. Either way, you will love them!
2 cups whole or slivered unsalted raw almonds
1 tablespoon ground rosemary
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
On medium-high heat, preheat a skillet.
Place all ingredients into a bowl and mix until thoroughly coated. Evenly spread out into hot skillet, stirring frequently until golden brown. Cool and store in a sealed container or Mason jar. Almonds will stay fresh for up to two weeks.
