There are bad habits and there are good habits. I don’t like to focus only on the bad habits because I don’t believe that is productive. Whatever we focus on, positive or negative, the more of that we attract. Me being who I am, I’ve taken 6 bad habits and created solutions on what you can do to shift them into something more positive – positive healthy habits.

When we are trying to get healthy, whether it is losing weight or just wanting to eat healthier for our overall health, there are blocks that can get in our way from achieving our goals. Those are usually habits or thought processes that we have created or that we continuously tell ourselves.

3. All-or-Nothing Mentality

4. Calorie Counting

5. Judging Success By The Numbers On The Scale

6. Limiting Beliefs
