Many of us have a habit, or two, that we would like to change, or add into our daily lives. For many it is healthy eating, exercising, positive thinking, giving up junk food, and breaking up with sugar…just to name a few.
My clients will often ask me, “how can I have more willpower?” Honestly, I don’t believe it has anything to do with willpower, it all boils down to creating the habit. Make it so habitual that you don’t even have to give your overloaded brain another thought to process – you just do it.
