I woke up with terrible symptoms:
I knew what that meant, I was getting sick. I thought, I don’t have time to be sick! So, I made the choice right there that I wasn’t going to let it take over me and I was going to fight back. So, that’s how I woke up, those terrible symptoms above, but by the next morning I was feeling 90% better. It took a couple days to feel 100%, but it was so much better than what it could have turned out to be.
Here is what I did for 48 hours to fight back against the nasty bug.
I Took This:
Vitamin C (which I will continue to take for 1 week)
2 B12 (1 on day 1 and 1 on day 2)
Vitamin D (which I will continue to take every day now that winter is upon us)
I Drank This:
Lemon water (I do this every day)
1 large green juice
6 Echinacea teas (3 on day 1 and 3 on day 2)
Lots of water
Day 1 & 2 I Ate This:
2 large leafy green salads with a simple extra-virgin olive oil, lemon juice and cider vinegar dressing. I added red onions and garlic for immunity boosters.
1 red apple
I Did This:
I took two hot baths, as hot as I could get them to sweat it out. The heat also eased my aches. I put ¼ cup of epsom salts in the tub as well. If you can also get to an Infrared Sauna, I highly recommend a 1-hour session.
