The Healthy Living Book and Course was inspired by my own personal journey to becoming the Contagiously Positive Girl. This is not a diet! My goal is to get you off the diet rollercoaster, guide you into having a healthy mind, body, heart and soul and to show you that there isn’t one diet for everyone, and healthy living isn’t accomplished by creating one 30-day cleanse. I have designed this book to include a 4-week course to set you up with the tools, knowledge, and inspiration for a lifetime of feeling healthy, happy, energized and best of all Contagiously Positive. It is a program that combines health coaching with life coaching because I believe that you cannot have a healthy mind without a healthy body and you cannot have a healthy body without a healthy mind.


Every time you decide to not eat something because you want to be slimmer, binge eat because you are trying to cover up an emotion, or look in the mirror and say negative, self-shaming things to yourself, it chips away at your three power sources that I call your Fearsome Threesome: Your Mind – Your Body – Your Soul. There is nourishment for the body (the foods you eat, and the way you move) and nourishment for your mind and soul (your relationships, spiritual practices, self care, self-love, and personal growth, and work-life balance). All of these need to be fed in order to grow, survive and most importantly, thrive. By the end of the program, you will be your own health coach and never have to diet again.


You are going to learn a lot, but we are going to have some fun while doing it. The main goal of living a Contagiously Positive lifestyle is to get off the diet rollercoaster, and to become aware of how you are nourishing your mind, body and soul. Once this awareness takes place magical things start to occur. You start to let go of things you never imagined you could let go of and begin to achieve all of your goals and desires.


Because change doesn’t happen over night and because habits take time to develop, you are going to learn in baby steps. Over the course of four weeks, every week will build on the next to keep you inspired, and motivated, instead of feeling overwhelmed by trying to learn everything all at once. I will guide you to focus on making little daily right actions that will help you recalibrate your current daily life habits.


Every week, you will receive step-by-step guidance on how to incorporate the information from the book, from the challenges and the lessons. All of these will guide you to creating a healthy lifestyle that is as habitual as brushing your teeth. You will receive a printed (and digital) copy of the Healthy Living book + four (4) printed (and digital) modules in total to help you develop a habit of making YOU a priority. Once you develop new positive habits, your motivation will kick into high gear and you will actually want to eat, move, and think your way towards whole-body health. Now that you understand what nutrients your body needs, I’m going to show you how to put it all together, so you can start creating naturally balanced meals that will give you all the essential nutrients you need to lose weight and get healthy.
