1 cup granola
½ cup ground flaxseed
½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
½ cup raw almond butter (or natural peanut butter)
1/3 cup raw honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
In a large mixing bowl, combine granola, flaxseed, and cocoa powder, mix to combine. Add in almond butter, honey, and vanilla, mix until the dry ingredients are evenly coated. Once thoroughly combined, refrigerate for at least an hour or more (this will help keep them together). Once chilled, using a cookie scoop or your hands, rolls into small balls. Keep in an airtight container in the refrigerator for a week.
Note: Add more almond butter if mixture isn’t mixing well.
