Makes one large salad for 4
Bottled dressings are often full of sugar, preservatives and sodium. This is my favourite caesar salad dressing. I never feel guilty after eating this.
Warning: Garlic Alert! Garlic is so incredibly good for you. It is natures natural antibiotic, so don’t worry about the breathe. It will pass 🙂
½ cup extra virgin olive oil
Juice from 1 lemon
1 to 2 dashes of Worcestershire sauce (optional)
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 heaping tablespoon natural plain yogurt
2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
2 large cloves of garlic
Black pepper, to taste
Place all ingredients into blender or food processor and blend until creamy.
